Happy Friday Red Rock Agents,
It’s trying to rain, let’s hope it will soak us. Heading towards the end of January all ready, I hope everyone is on track for your first month’s goals. Thanks to all agents that made the RED ZONE training this week. I know that it takes time away from your business, but it is an important thing to learn.
Not much to go over this week, but I can’t just end now, and leave you disappointed. We will be having Wants and Needs on Wed the 27th at the office. If you have needs for either buyer or seller that is where you will want to be. It’s the best place to network with our agents.
Starting a New Year of course starts the new cycle of agents’ caps. Some of you have had many months of no brokerage fee. Yea! As a reminder of how the fee structure is let’s review. If you have one side of a transaction (either Buyer or Seller) the brokerage fee is $500. If you have both sides of the transaction (Buyer and Seller) the brokerage fee is $1000. The Archival fee is $149 per transaction regardless of one side or both. If you have any questions, please call me or Allen.
I want to take just a moment to say, “Red Rock Agents are the best in the Valley”. I can say that with confidence because I see the work each of you do. It is by far the best group of agents I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I know that our agents are committed to doing business in accordance with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics set forth by the NAR. In these times of “Creativity” for tactics in gaining clients or having contracts accepted are a little gray for some agents, I’m relieved it is not ours. It’s not the name of our Brokerage that makes us great, it's our agents, and that includes you.
Please have a great weekend and be safe out there,
