Happy 4th of July!

Happy Fourth of July Red Rock Agents,

As we all get ready to celebrate the 4th of July, please keep safety forefront in your minds. The fire danger is off the charts and it’s up to us to prevent them. At least that ‘s what Smokey the Bear tells us. I tend to believe him, after all if a talking Bear tells us we should listen.

Most of the staff had the opportunity to attend the Richfield Open House for our new Brokerage yesterday. It was awesome and very well attended by the community. The best part of it all are the agents we have representing Red Rock Real Estate up there. It’s refreshing to work with quality agents doing great work in a tough market. All the agents we have from St. George to Richfield and Lehi are quality agents, but more importantly they are quality people. People that want the best experience for their clients while adhering to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics we work by. People like all of you are becoming a rare find and we’re so glad to have all of you at Red Rock. You really do make the difference in the success of the brokerage, and we Thank You.

I know that I have beat the water section 1.4 nearly to death, but I need to throw a few more blows. The only good answer to put on the SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED area of the paragraph is (NONE). Please don’t put N/A as I have learned that it will nullify the entire section 1.4 and we don’t want to do that. I know that it may be a little different than what I told you before, but I’m not perfect. Sometimes I make mistakes, I mean I have been married 3 times if you need proof. Now that we are winding down from the Pandemic the Division of Real Estate has reinstated the fingerprinting requirements for all renewing licensees. In St. George I was told that you can have that done at Troon Park next to Fabulous Freddie’s on 100 South. Call with questions.

Please mark your calendar to be free on Sept. 23rd. Red Rock will be having the PIG IN THE PARK party for all agents and their families. For those of you who have attended in the past know how much fun it is. The food is off the HOCK if you know what I mean. Cooked by professionals so if you don’t like it, I’ll give your money back. By the way it’s free for you and your immediate family and I’ll say this “Look for fun and great entertainment”. Getting together outside of the business setting is so fun. We work together so let’s play together even if it’s just for an afternoon. The office will be closed Monday the 5th.
