Red Rock Companies and its affiliates (collectively, "Red Rock "Red Rock Entity”, “Red Rock Entities” "we," "us," or "our") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information across all of our brands and services.

By using any Red Rock Companies website, application, or service, or by providing us with your contact information, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. This policy governs all information collected on or after July 10, 2026. Use of information collected under prior versions of this policy remains subject to the terms in effect at the time of collection.

A. “Red Rock Companies” include Red Rock Vacation Rentals, LLC, Utah limited liability company (“Red Rock Vacation Rentals”), Red Rock Real Estate, LLC, a Utah limited liability company(“Red Rock Real Estate”) Red Rock Property Management, a Utah limited liability company, (“Red Rock Property Management”) Team Red Rock, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Team Red Rock”), Red Rock Fractional, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Red Rock Fractional”), and Red Rock Commercial, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Red Rock Commercial”).

B. "Affiliates" means companies that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with any of the Red Rock Companies.

C. “Personal Information” includes all information as set forth in Section II.A of this policy.

II. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Personal Information

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

Booking and transaction information: reservation details, payment information, property preferences, and stay history
Account credentials: username and password for owner or guest portals
Communications: messages, inquiries, feedback, and support requests you send to us

Property ownership information: for property owners and prospective buyers or sellers

B. Non-Personal Information

We also collect non-personal information that cannot be used to personally identify you, including anonymous usage data, referring and exit pages, browser and device type, IP address, general demographic data, platform types, and click-stream data.

C. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit any Red Rock website, we may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior and preferences. IV. SMS & TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

A. Consent and Scope

By providing your mobile phone number to any Red Rock Entity and opting in to SMS communications, you expressly authorize Red Rock to send SMS and text message marketing communications regarding the following:

Reservation updates, confirmations, and check-in/check-out information
Account notifications and customer support communications
Promotional offers and marketing messages related to vacation rentals, real estate listings, investment property opportunities, property management services, fractional ownership, and commercial real estate
General news, market updates, and announcements from any Red Rock entity

You are not required to sign the agreement or agree to enter into such an agreement as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

B. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us and your communication preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

C. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us or by any other reasonable method. Callers or senders of text messages covered by paragraphs (a)(1) through (3) and (c)(2) of this section may not designate an exclusive means to request revocation of consent. D. No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Consent

By providing your email address to any Red Rock Entity, subscribing to our newsletter, or completing a reservation or inquiry form, you expressly authorize Red Rock Companies and their Affiliates to send email marketing communications regarding the following: These communications may include:

Transactional emails related to reservations, bookings, or services
Promotional emails featuring vacation rental offers, real estate listings, investment opportunities, and other services offered by any Red Rock entity
Market updates, newsletters, and area information
Announcements regarding new Red Rock services, communities, or offerings

B. Unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly. Please note that even after unsubscribing from marketing communications, we may continue to send you administrative emails necessary to complete a transaction or fulfill a service you have requested.

VI. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

A. Within the Red Rock Family of Companies

We share your personal information, as defined in Section II.A., among Red Rock Companies and their Affiliated entities — including, but not limited to, Red Rock Vacation Rentals, Red Rock Real Estate, Red Rock Property Management, Team Red Rock, Red Rock Fractional, and Red Rock Commercial — for the purposes described in this Policy, including marketing and service delivery. By opting in, you expressly authorize the Red Rock Companies to transfer your personal information to their Affiliates.

B. Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as email delivery platforms, SMS providers, payment processors, reservation management systems, and website analytics providers. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this Policy.
