Here we are in mid-December and still no wet weather. Makes a person wonder how Santa will make it. Guess we’ll just have to have a little faith.

I want to remind all agents that any lease agreements must be agreed to outside of the contract as per section 3.3 of the REPC. I know that it’s easy to just put terms on an addendum, but please follow the contract guidelines. After all, we expect our clients to follow that contract, so should we.
Here we are near the last week of the year, thank goodness. With high hopes for the next year being better for the country. We can thank our lucky stars we’re considered essential workers, as so many were not. It’s been good for REALTORS, but for so many it has been misery. May we have a much better year for all of us in 2021.
I’m excited and looking forward to our annual Christmas party. We love giving out awards of recognition for our agents as well as enjoying a great meal together. With that I want all agents to review their production for the year and let Stacey know your current numbers, and what you have in the pipeline.
